These trips are designed to meet both the physical and spiritual needs of those we serve while also allowing space for participants to pause and seek God in the midst of their professional pursuit as healthcare professionals.

Dental Mission Trip

The dental mission trip offers dental students the chance to apply their skills before their clinical years during Spring Break. Students will address dental needs and engage in spiritual outreach.

  • Practical experience in PT, OT, and PA fields
  • Ministry and spiritual guidance
  • Interaction with healthcare professionals

PT/OT/PA Mission Trip

During their May break, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and physician assistant students can participate in hands-on ministry and practice.

SMI Medical Mission Trip

Medical students will have the opportunity to care for others under the guidance of practicing professionals. SMI provides the chance to address physical sickness and spiritual needs. This is a summer mission trip and typically takes place in June

FMI Medical Mission Trip

Medical students will have the opportunity to care for others under the guidance of practicing professionals. FMI provides the chance to address physical sickness and spiritual needs. This takes place in the Fall, usually around October, at a different location. 

Travelers must commit to a weeklong trip that involves participation in daily clinics pertinent to the student’s specific vocational pursuit as a Health Care Provider and Christian fellowship with team members and local communities.

How long are the mission trips?

The “work” being done is both humanitarian as we seek to view those who are receiving medical and dental care no longer as stranger but as a “neighbor”. It is evangelistic as we share our faith and the hope that we have through Jesus Christ. It is community-building as we cultivate relationships with our fellow team members that endure long after the trip is over.
